The Mandarin Oriental’s Man Wah restaurant is bringing Da Dong’s famous roast duck to Hong Kong for the first time.

A team of ten will be coming to Hong Kong from the iconic Beijing restaurant iincluding Executive Chef, Gao Xinyu, and Master of Roast Duck Chef, Liu Xinmin. While in Hong Kong they will present a series of menus showcasing their authentic Beijing dishes, such as the award-winning “Super Lean” roast duck.

“We are delighted to welcome to Hong Kong for the first time Executive Chef Gao Xinyu and his team of chefs to showcase some of their signature Da Dong Roast Duck Restaurant dishes at Man Wah,” said Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage, David Collas.

“The authentic Beijing dishes will highlight Chef Dong Zhenxiang’s passion for both traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes, concentrating on the marriage and balance of flavours while presenting them in a healthy, modern and poetic style.”

Available from April 11-17, prices will start from HKD498 per person for a six-course Executive Lunch menu.
