Geneva-based auction house Antiquorum is putting up 33 rare antique watches for auction this weekend. With their origins dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, these watches are mainly crafted in Switzerland and feature racy tableaux considered unorthodox even by contemporary standards. These timepieces are part of a wider collection of more than 700 erotic artifacts assembled over 25 years, including walking sticks, statues and ivory objects designed for autoerotic stimulation.

Highlights include an early 19th century 18-carat watch by Genevan craftsman Henry Capt. Adorned with two automata, one on the front of the watch depicting an idyll of doves and musicians and another one showing a couple in an amorous embrace, the provocative piece is expected to fetch $70,000 to $ 90,000.
