Born of the symbiosis between Breguet’s technical know-how
and aesthetic creativity, the Petite Fleur, presented during Basel Fair this year, is
an elegant high jewelry watch which boasts a daring mobile setting technique, allowing the diamonds encircling the case to flutter like petals in a breeze.

The rounded aesthetic of the watch is a sensuous contrast to
the regular, precise motion of the self-winding Calibre 615, which is visible
through the transparent back of the white gold case, showing off the
exquisite hand-finishing.
The bridges are circular-grained and enhanced by Côtes de Genève, while a
barleycorn guilloché motif embellishes the platinum oscillating weight.

Beneath a domed sapphire crystal bearing the individual
number of the watch, a concave dial forms a shimmering flowerbed on which 141
brilliant-cut diamonds nestle in a snow setting. Sweeping gracefully over this luminous
carpet, the signature Breguet blued steel hollow-tipped hands are hand-curved
to ensure they follow the curving surface of the dial. Finally, the flange
frames the face with 48 inverted-set diamonds.
