Complete your Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations with a slice or two of St. Regis Singapore’s Yan Ting mooncakes, which come in four new snowskin flavors this year. The exquisite offerings for this year have been designed by Hongkong masterchef Law Yip Lam to be an ode to traditional Cantonese desserts: the Passionfruit Snow Skin is infused with the sweet tartness of the fruit, complemented by the creamy custard paste and a single savoury yolk center, while the Red Bean Paste with lotus seeds, Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts and Green Tea with Yolk are a refined take on well-loved traditional goodies.

Traditionalists will also be pleased to know that Yan Ting will be offering an assortment of traditional baked mooncakes in time-honored flavors like double yolk in red bean paste. All of these delightful creations come packaged in a premium gift box with a handmade glass teapot, teacups and a cannister of high-grade Yellow Treasure Flower tea – making them a perfect gift for friends and relatives to enjoy in an indulgent Asian version of an afternoon tea session.
