A unique oeuvre d’art, the Talisman Wonder is inspired by the timeless mystique of mother nature.

Totaling 691 diamonds with 271 carats, the Talisman Wonder weighs 2lbs, measures 18cm across and is made of 18-carat white gold. From ancient Egypt up until the 20^th century, diamonds in their rough form were the exclusive privilege of kings and queen. Thus, it should come as no surprise that it took De Beers 10 years and some 2000 hours to create the Talisman Wonder – 10 years to collect the diamonds and 2000 hours to create the Wonder in one of Paris’ finest workshops. A labor of love, the diamond experts and artists worked closely to ensure the authentic expression of these natural treasures, thereby allowing the brilliance of the gems to speak for themselves.

Unveiled in July 2009 as the heart of the Talisman Collection, this one-of-a-kind artpiece is currently on a worldwide tour, and is now on exhibition at the De Beers Landmark store in Hong Kong.
