Lady Gaga performing at this year’s Grammy Awards 

This year’s Grammy’s was dominated by the inimitable Lady Gaga, which saw the eccentric fashionista emerging from an egg-shaped pod to perform Born This Way. With Tisettanta’s Nu-OVO ingenious book shelf-cum-personal space, you can make like Gaga and well, Read This Way, enveloped in a translucent cocoon. 

Designer Paul Maldotti’s egg-shaped space has movable cabinet parts, rigged on a metal base with eight flexible screw feet, that you can swivel to create an orb-like structure around yourself. The exterior shell is constructed of waxed marine plywood, with the interior space being able to accomodate a reading chair and other cozy accoutrements – making for a comforting, womb-like personal retreat for your study or bedroom.
